Delete your account
TMC Connect · AndroidThe quickest way is inside the app. Open TMC Connect, go to Profile → Delete My Account, and confirm. Your account is removed immediately — there is nothing to wait for.
If you cannot use the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, contact us from the email address or phone number on the account and we will delete it for you.

Please include the phone number you signed up with, so we can find the right account. We reply within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your name and phone number
- Saved delivery addresses
- Your wishlist
- Any reviews you have written
- Notification and device records
This is a permanent deletion, not a deactivation. It cannot be reversed, and the data is not retained in a disabled state.
What is kept, and why
Records of orders you have already paid for are kept as the shop's accounting record, as we are required to do for tax and business purposes. After deletion these are no longer linked to you — they hold no name, no account, and no way to identify who placed them.
The mobile-money reference on a paid order is kept because it is how that payment is matched against the wallet statement.
